Mailboxes & warm-up

Keep your mailboxes out of spam while you scale.

Connect sending mailboxes and let them warm up by emailing each other on a gradual ramp. Optimizly checks where warm-up mail lands, rescues it from spam, replies to part of it, and scores each mailbox's health.
